APCC Staff and Security reserves the right to ask you to leave, withdraw access to APCC and will refuse to refund the cost of your ticket if you are found to be behaving inappropriately.

Attire and costume must be suitable for a family event. Indecent exposure, revealing costumes and nudity are not welcomed at the convention.

APCC Staff and Security Management will have a weapon and bag check before anyone can enter the convention. Management reserves sole discretion in any matter that it believes may affect the safety of public. Please abide by our weapons policy. Prop weapons will be allowed provided they are composed of cardboard, foam, wood or other light materials. Prop and/or replica firearms are allowed only if they cannot be mistaken for real weapons. Barrels of all prop and replica firearms must be covered with bright-coloured caps. Prop bows are allowed provided all arrows have soft tips.

Weapons Policy:

  • Functional Firearms (including air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns).
  • Functional projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows, silly string, slingshots, water balloons and water guns).
  • Metal-blade weapons (including axes, daggers, hatchets, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, sword canes and switch blades).
  • Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)
  • Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray)
  • Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs and nunchaku)
  • Instruments which cause excessive noise (including vuvuzelas)

Please do not abuse the convention facilities. This includes putting signs on walls, littering, vandalising, and smoking in non-designated smoking areas.

Photography, video recording and audio recording are generally welcomed at APCC. However, please note that ALL photography and recording is prohibited during screenings and concerts. Exhibitors and guests have the right to say no to any photography so please ask beforehand and respect their wishes.

APCC attracts local and regional media. By attending APCC, you have given your consent to be photographed, interviewed and/or filmed.

If you have paid for the autograph session with a talent, do note that the session is strictly for autographs only i.e No photography with the talent is allowed under any circumstances. APCC talents will only sign official licensed products and the number of items signed is strictly based on the number of tickets purchased (1 ticket = 1 item signed).

Announced events, exhibitors and POP culture personalities are subject to change and/or cancellation without prior notice. However, every effort will be made on our part to announce any changes on APCC's official website and social media platforms, but sometimes last minute changes may still occur.

PCC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, or for injuries sustained during the course of APCC.
